LIST OF OPTIONS AND PRICES

All options include new steel turbine wheel as a minimum because
the factory one is ceramic and are brittle and not reliable.

A bacic rebuild cost if they already have a steel Turbine wheel is.....$850au
Rebuild cost for replacing turbine wheel with new steel(inconel) is....$1400au

Stage one ...Compressor wheel upgrade

 

This option is the fitment of larger compressor wheels
and does create a big difference in flow. Garret T03 compressor wheels
are used for there common availability and good flow for the cost.
This option is the cheapest but other larger compressor wheels can be used
but the restrictions with the rest of the system makes this an overkill.
There may be problems of overboosting or boost spiking
with this option high flow so normally an exhaust restriction is used.

The same as stage one except the wastegate hole is ported
and housing is ported to increase flow and help reduce boost spiking.
Boost control is still a problem but improved

It is a major task to build a car from scratch and Peter Beattie will be doing this with a '31 ford 2door
using a 351ci windsor V8.Peter is building the suspension and chassis at the moment and is also
building the front end.This will be a highly detailed steet hot rod of top quality.

conversion and is currently almost ready to hit the track with several major improvments.
